About Tum Thai Cuisine

Tum Thai Cuisine is one of the thai restaurants listed in Rockville Centre, New York. The business is registered at 274 Merrick Rd, Rockville Centre, NY 11570; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Rockville Centre, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 12–4:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (516) 543-5078. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is tumthainy.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 1,177 reviews, which is a strong result for a thai restaurant in Rockville Centre and suggests consistent service.

Rockville Centre is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rockville Centre follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Food was authentic and it was fresh and delicious. The duck curry is out of this world. The duck skin was crispy and the duck was juicy and amazing. The spices were pleasant and awesome presentation and experience. The Tom Yum soup was amazing. The octopus πŸ™ was soft chewy and delicious. Pad Thai with beef was slamming. Thai beer was delicious. The shrimp presentation was unique and the creme brulee was interesting as well. Overall pleasant experience. The house wine that I had was room temperature but I would have preferred it to be chilled a little. The portions were spot on. The green tea that we had I would have preferred it to be brewed fresh and not in tea bags. This is a Thai place they should have made tea from scratch. Overall i enjoyed the experience and it's a good place with few minor things but that's my opinion. If you go there you will have nice time. Service was nice and friendly. The decor was pleasant. Overall good job and if you read my review I hope the Owner and manager will listen to my recommendations.

This Thai restaurant definitely packed so much flavor into every dish, creating a delightful experience that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The vibrant spices and fresh ingredients came together harmoniously, offering a perfect balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy notes. The friendly staff only added to the welcoming atmosphere, making the meal not just delicious but memorable.

Loved everything at Tum Thai Cuisine! I had the Thai fried rice, Pad Thai, Pla Ka Pow, and the Panang Curry… all so good. Super flavorful, fresh, and just the right amount of spice. Definitely going back again!

I always go to Tum Thai Cuisine for their lunch special, and it never disappoints. The meal comes with a soup, a salad, and a main dish, and I always choose their basil fried rice. The lunch special is absolutely worth the moneyβ€”such a great portion and variety for the price. The service is always friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better. I especially love the salad with the peanut dressing; it’s fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the meal. The basil fried rice is delicious every timeβ€”tasty, well-seasoned, and consistently satisfying. Overall, Tum Thai Cuisine offers amazing value and great flavors. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots for lunch.
